You can either order OTTO design products online 24/7 or by calling +358407200183. The office hours are Monday-Friday 09.00am-05.00pm. The online webshop is easy to use. The selected products and total amount in € (converted to $ upon checkout) are displayed at the bottom of the page while the shopping cart can be amended at any time during the shopping. Once you are ready, press Order button and fill in the information. If the product ordered is out of stock, we will inform you about the possible delivery date via email. The use of OTTO design website and the purchase of any products from the Website are governed by the following terms and conditions: OTTO design Oy reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions hereof from time to time without notice to you. Access to the Website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. OTTO design Oy makes no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or accurately represents the full functionality or suitability of the product for your needs, . We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.

Delivery policy and cost
OTTO design Oy aims to dispatch goods within the 14 days from receiving your order, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via phone as soon as possible.

Delivery cost varies between the products depending on the size and weight of the product. The total delivery cost is available once you go to checkout.

Returns & exchange policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can simply return it in its original condition within 7 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. We’ll also happily refund the delivery charge if the item is due to a faulty product or an error on our part. The buyer is entitled for refund when product is in the original package, clean and not damaged.
When signing the parcel please check that the product has not been damaged during the transport. Warranty terms can be found at the end of each product description.

2. State the items(s) and reason for the return
3. Please provide the reference number on the invoice and your account details, (IBAN & SWIFT codes) and address, post code
4. Please make sure that the package you return is in the original box and including any paperwork. Packages must be returned pre-paid and recorded delivery service for your safety. If you want the delivery charge refunded please include a receipt for this cost.
